Woodvine Design was born at the intersection of my life. I began my career in textile and print design at NC State. I learned to see design not just as one aspect, but as full picture. The layers of texture, movement, light, are all intentional. After graduating from NC State with a degree in Textile Design, my path led me into entrepreneurship, where I spent six years building a creative business in the wedding industry. That season taught me far more than how to build a brand. t taught me how to listen, manage projects, meet deadlines, and translate big decisions into an experience . Whenever I am creating, I learned that the most meaningful spaces are the ones that feel personal, intentional, and thoughtfully made. Woodvine Design brings that same philosophy into homes and spaces meant to be lived in. As a wife, mother, and lifelong creative I like to approach design with space for both beauty and function. I want spaces that feel elevated but livable, refined for your stage of life.

No. Woodvine Design does not provide architectural, engineering, electrical or construction validation.
Design services focuses on functionality, space planning, and aesthetic layout only. Any concepts discussed must be reviewed and approved by your architect, contractor, or engineer to confirm feasibility, structural integrity, and code compliance.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
I am currently based in North Carolina, and work virtually with clients all over the U.S.
Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive a gallery of images, plans, and elevations (if necessary) to share with your builder, cabinetmaker, and design team etc.

Services that include material selections will also receive a checklist including design notes and product links.
From there, your build team will carry the project forward through construction documentation, permitting, and execution.
1) Room measurements and photos.
If you submit construction documents with dimensions, we won’t need room photos.
2) Any floor plans or construction documents in PDF format
3) Upload your inspiration photos or link your Pinterest board
Turnaround times vary slightly by project, but most follow this general timeline:
- Initial Consult: Response within 1–2 business days.
  Phone calls are scheduled on Tuesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays.
- Design Phase: Initial concepts are delivered within 4–5 business days after all materials are received.
- Finalization: Revisions and final deliverables are completed within 1–2 business days following edits.
